Assistant Manager - Design
Location:-
Mumbai
Responsibilities : -
1. Preparation of layouts considering basic feedback from the DC Rules (GDCR), Plot drawings, property drawings. Basic layout to show column positions, entry, exits, staircases, Lifts, services etc.
2. Preparation of site plan, key plan, architectural floor plans, sections, elevations, door schedule, window schedule, finishing schedule, etc.
3. Preparation of drawings with fit outs like racks, Bins, F & V, Counters etc.
4. Co – ordinate with Architects, surveyors, RCC consultant for fine tuning of drawings, designs and data(FSI, Toilets, Car Park, Open spaces)
5. Co- ordination and signoff from company officials
6. Master activity plans with baseline start to finish timings in MS Projects and scheduling of MS Projects.
7. Superimposing and certifying various working drawings of MEP, finishes v/s corporation drawings.
8. Trouble shooting to accommodate changes and requirement
9. Quantity estimation on civil, finishes, fit outs etc.
10. Logistic support on movement of fit out.
11. Reconciliations.
12. Custodian for drawings.
13. To have basic knowledge about building bye laws.

Effective space planning by adequately making provisions for all required elements in order to render best customer experience and effective operations.
To optimize on cost by effective designs.
Knowledge & Skills:-
1. Should be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project.
