Job Description:
Microfinance has proved to be one of the most innovative, sustainable and effective tools for poverty alleviation. In India alone, microfinance has already touched and improved the lives of millions of people. IntelleCash helps entrepreneurs to start their own MFI, and assists existing MFIs to accelerate their growth in a sustainable manner. The assessment of the microfinance in the selected area is assessed and the financial model and business plan for the network partner is prepared. The next step is to help the partner in secure funding, setting up the branches, recruiting the staff and rolling out the operations as per the business plan. Once the operations have started, IntelleCash is available for troubleshooting and does institutional assessment of the Network partner at regular intervals.
The ideal candidate would be involved in brand building and marketing the Intellecash network program , involved in marketing the company’s technology product and the vocational skills program

Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
1-3 years experience in Marketing/Sales in the social development sector is desirable
PGDM/MBA from a premier Rural Management Institute is a must
Should be willing to travel extensively
Should be flexible towards relocation
