Job Description:
You will be responsible for handling event operations of different activities/projects assigned to you.
You should have excellent resources of manpower, vendors, entertainers etc. of various cities and states.
You should have excellent exposure of events, exhibitions, conferences in conceptualization and implementation of large scale projects.
You should be able to conceptualize and make entire event plan looking at logistics and economics, ultimately generating good revenues to company.
You should have experience of managing team under you.
Depending on requirement you will travel to different locations for client meetings and operations of events/activities.
You will report the developments on a daily basis to agency head.
You will be involved in systematically implementation of work as per defined plan.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate would be a post graduate in advertising/management/event management with relevant experience in advertising/event management company.
