Job Description:
The candidate will be basically responsible for :
Handling the Loan Against Gold sales for the entire branch.
Will have to take care of the overall profitability of the branch.
Handling the branch walk-ins customers.
Will have to handle the team of Account assistants & CCE.
Handling the Fixed Deposits & Gold Bond Debentures.
Beside all these primary responsibilities will have to take care of the following also:
Insurance sales, in terms of providing leads to the respective sales guy from the insurance company.
Selling of Gold coins.
Foreign Exchange.
Money Transfer.
Travel Smart (Railway & Air Tickets).
Hospitality sales.

Desired Candidate Profile:

For BM/ABM profile we are looking for candidates between the age group preferably in between 30 to 62.
We are looking for candidates qualifying either of the two guidelines-
Ex- bankers/ VRS people from Nationalised/ Scheduled/ Private Banks from Scale III & above.
Or, Candidates having experience from Banks and Financial Sector who have been involved into sales having business development and administrative profile
Preferably a locally settled people
Candidates should have branch managing capabilities, team handling & business development experience
MINIMUM OF  5 YEARS EXPERIENCE WOULD ALSO DO AND THERE IS NO UPPER LIMIT TO MAXIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
