Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Co ordinate tracking and recording of continuity testing in accordance with the policy
Retaining appropriate document as required to meet regulatory requirement
Escalate adverse findings
Maintain Emergency Readiness of the offsite BC/DR site:
Ensure that the facility continues to support the client’s business continuity operations and recovery team needs during a disaster recovery scenario
Coordinate activities required to complete set-up of EMG Command Center at facility.
Coordinate activities required to complete set-up of accommodations at offsite facility.
Client relationship
Assist in identifying/implementing BCP program and process improvements that support the objectives of the company
Coordinating BIA’s / SLA’s
Set RTO’s
Working closely with department managers( IT/Support etc) to deliver effective DR
Facilitate VP BCP to roll out new initiatives
Maintaining all updated customer details required for DR
Effective and timely communication of BCP related updates and follow-up during a crisis situation. Putting together facts and findings post BAU in order to publish the Incident Report.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Good interpersonal skills
Project Manaement Skills
Working knowledge of BCP for at least 2-3 years
Preferably from the BPO industry
Should be comfortable with multi tasking
Should be ready to be based in Navi Mumbai
Vice President – Business Continuity Planning
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in BCP
Mahape, Navi Mumbai
