We have Urgent requirement for “Business Development Executive”. This is for a requirement in Inside Sales, Lead generation

Candidate is expected to have some prior sales experience in the software / technology industry and possess a Masters degree in Marketing, but preferred is B.E. along with an MBA.
In the Inside Sales team we are generating potential sales leads. Once these potential leads are generated the field sales staff will take them forward in the sales cycle. Therefore the candidate must have a prior Lead generation experience for international markets.
The mode of lead generation will be through telephone (Voice based) contact. These telephone numbers are obtained through a research carried on different networking websites. We also use databases that are specific to our campaign.
Candidate must have either worked with a good brand name in the IT Industry or else with any of the Lead generation companies
We look at the Inside Sales team as part of the sales organization in Zensar and will work in close coordination with the Zensar”s sales teams in the US and UK. The Inside Sales teams will also have assistance from various delivery units and the practices (Vertical / technology) to help them with technical, product / services knowledge.
The inside sales teams will be provided in depth training on all Zensar services as well as adequate technical training as required.
Candidate must be ready to work in the U.S. shifts and must bear a standing personality which emphasizes excellent communication skills.
