Job Description:
• Candidate should have prior experience in managing education centre
• Should have exp in independently managing a profit centre
• Should be able to take up responsibilities for marketing of training programmes, customer service and brand building for the centre
• Should be able to handle a team of 7-10 people consisting of Marketing executives, faculty, counselors and administrative staff
• Should have prior experience in managing and motivating teams
• Candidates should be self starters, have a proven track record in revenue generation
• Candidates should be preferably MBAs with minimum 5 years relevant work experience and should have excellent communication skills
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Developing new business by means of sales promotion of the course offerings
• Taking care of admissions, helping counselors by aggressive closing
• Marketing activities: help marketing manager to plan for local promotional and branding activities
• Providing support to the various sub-units at the centre
• Handling the entire operations of the centre
• Managing batch schedules, Coordinating with faculties
• Meetings with college principals and other seniors for seminar permissions
• Conducting seminars in Colleges
• Working on placements for the existing students
• Helping students in Personality Development
• Looking into placements for current students
• Streamline entire system of the centre; ensure all admin work is up to date
• Motivating the centre staff to put more dedicated efforts to the business by giving more innovative ideas, plans, fixing up marketing strategies, etc
