Job Description:
Lead the radio network and core design and NPI teams
Build and manage strong relationships wit customer.
Traffic projection and tracking on a network/ region level
Create the Network Design based on the customer business inputs and as per the commercial agreement
Safeguard the KPI’s and network performance
Maintain an involved and effective ND and NPI team
Be ware of and drive profitability in the team and design processes
Corodinate between TAC/FM and O&M
Interface with Projects for all rollout related activities
Secure team competence development
Resource planning for the D&P Team
Ensure compliance to processes
Responsible for internal/external reporting within area of responsibility
Maintain the department budget
