III. Job Profile
(a) Job Objective / Summary:
To take complete responsibility for Architectural Planning, Designs, including drawings as required for each of the project
Advise PG Heads/ BU Heads/ MD on Architectural issues
(b) Key responsibilities:
Obtaining accurate design brief at the very start of the design process
Designing plans to suit the prescribed design brief
Generating Sale plans & Presentation plans as required
Obtaining final design scheme from the Design Architect
Scrutinizing drawings of Design Architects, BMC, Working & Structural drawings, etc. to ensure speedy execution, cost optimization, quality & maximum FSI benefits
Timely delivery of drawings
Recommend changes to external consultants for cost optimization
Finalizing and co-ordination of architectural drawings
Independently handling all co-ordination with architects, consultants,
Decision making regarding architectural issues and value engineering
Solving queries of Sales Department staff regarding alterations in flat, sales & carpet areas, etc.
To oversee the working of subordinates allotted to project groups and ensure their performance levels
Selecting appropriate finishing materials (with inputs from the Marketing Team)

(a. ii) Desirable: MArch / Any PG
(b) Knowledge / Competency requirements:
(b. i) Specific knowledge required for the job:
• Knowledge of latest trends & technologies used in landscape architecture, design techniques, blueprints and drawing

(b) Areas of experience: E.g. Taxation / Audit / Recruitment / ERP / Branding, etc.
