Location: Mumbai
You will head the Marketing and Business Development initiatives of the Healthcare Business Operations. As a Lead for Business Development and Solution Design for the Healthcare Vertical, you will be responsible for the entire gamut of client acquisition and customer engagement life cycle.
Your responsibilities encompass identification of prospective clients, solution design (off-shoring, Improvement and process re-engineering), creating proof of concept and project initiation. You will guide a team of experts in designing off-shore solutions for the clients in the Healthcare sector, which includes the payers and providers.
You should have an excellent understanding about the Offshore BPO solutions and a proven track record of winning customers in the Healthcare space.

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a management professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in Business Development or Solution Design with a large IT or ITES Company. This position requires leadership capability and ability to inspire a team of solution design consultants in India and USA. You should have domain expertise in Healthcare vertical.
This calls for a person with business acumen, entrepreneurial spark and leadership skills.
