Job Description:
The candidate shall be responsible for planning work schedule and co-ordinate production for the most efficient utilization of personnel and equipment. Achievement of production targets on time with regard to quality and quantity. reduction in spoilage / wastage, to ensure preventive maintenance as per schedule, ensure color matching, component fitment, no moulding defects. Establish, monitor and control process parameters to ensure quality and cycle time in moulding. To implement system, procedures, guidelines and directions provided by management from time to time. to minimise maintenance problems through effective utilization of preventive methods ect.
Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate shall be CIPET or Diploma / BE Mechanical with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Candidates working with Injection Moulding company shall be preferred. The candidate shall have knowledge of Production Methods, processes and systems within an FMCG environment. The candidate shall have good communication skills, analysis / problem assessment, initiative, planning / organising, PC literate etc. Candidates having knowledge of SAP will be preferred.
