Job Description:
1. Setting up SMT Manufacturing line, which will include in line printer, multiple pick & place machine, reflow oven, together with the state of art AOI & ICT Machines.
2. Programming, routine and preventive maintenance of the SMT Lines.
3. Optimization of work flow, process analysis & application of statistical process control techniques to improve productivity and quality.
4. Programming & operations of AOI & ICT equipments.
5. Prepration of documents relating to the manufacturing and performance of the SMT line & preparing MIS reports.
6. Interaction with design , QA department and external agencies in order to imbibe continuous improvement process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates should be Diploma (Electronics) with 6- 7 years experience in relevant field. Candidates should have hands on experience in installation, maintenance and running of SMT production line with current generation of SMT machine.
