Job responsibilities
1. Desktop Support Professional engineers who are well versed with Desktop Troubleshooting
2.  Technical skills related to Desktop, Mail client (MS Outlook), Patch management, OS (Windows XP), Software Installation.
3. LAN WAN concepts,
4. Configuring routing, Vlan, access list on routers
5. should Successfully completed the course of MCP/MCSA
6. Installation, Setup & Troubleshooting of LAN
7. Exposure on &configuration of DHCP, DNS, WIN servers
8. Good Communication skills to interface with the end user
9. Capable of learning new Technologies
10. IP Routing & VLAN (VIRTUAL LANS)
11. Internetworking with TCP/IP
