Job Description
• Supervise the Accounting team to ensure financial targets and deadlines are achieved
• Supervise all Accounts to ensure all internal control procedures are followed and Accounts are accurate & balances and as per uniform
• Be responsible for the co-ordination and driving of budgets and monthly forecasts to ensure all dept heads are aware of the targets that
• Manage Accounts and cash flow
• Ensure the Hotel complies with all legal requirements - in particular tax, operating licenses and auditing
• Ensure accuracy and deadlines for MIS
• Liaise with the Owning Company and Owner’s representative as required
• Maintain cost control mechanisms for various cost centers, in particular F&B
• Oversee in conjunction with Human Resources, the payroll function
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience as Assistant Finance Manager or Assistant Manager Finance of a large five star hotel
• Preferably a Chartered Accountant or a MBA (Finance) from an Institute of repute.
• Should be able to handle change and cultural sensitivity
• Strong financial, business planning and administration skills
• Should have outstanding management and motivational skills
• Excellent command of English language
• Prior work experience in a Pre-opening Hotel is a very strong plus
