Job Description:
He/She will also be responsible for products managment of Pharma Products ,market planning, strategy development, monitoring & review of Pharma brands, Provide overall directions to develop new markets and strengthen the existing ones& Coordination with Sales Head,
He shall also be responsible for assessment of market potential. Tracking of market share.
Preparation of Sales forecast for products handled and achievement of sales targets/objectives
Preparation of marketing plans, budgeting, strategies, activities and ensuring Implementation.
Preparation of innovative promotional inputs for implementation of strategies.
Development of KOL’s
Training of field force as per requirement and management of Training programs for new Field force.
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.Pharm & MBA in marketing with relevant experiance in product managment in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
