Job Description:
Managerial and Development support for Project Management and Field Operations globally including India, North America and Europe. Responsible for planning and implementing project management,training and development as well as overseeing the activities in field operations. Also responsibile for Resource Planning and Assigning Projects teams for Clinical Trials.
Assist in Business Development strategies, reviewing bids and proposals and bidding and new Business Development.
Candidates should be based at United States.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Masters Degree in Science , Clinical Studies with about 10+ years of experience in the direct supervisory / management profile in the CRO environement.
Excellent Technical expertise, should have handled critical assignments - master problem solving skills and decision making.
May be Required to Travel as a part of the job profile.
