Job Description:
1. Planning & execution of all types of maintenance works including preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and break down maintenance.
2. Maintenance of furnace, reformer, all rotary equipments and utility areas of DRI / HBI Plant of MIDREX technology.
3. Maintenance of material handling equipments like conveyors, stacker-reclaimer, barge/ship unloader, vibrating screen, vibro-feeder etc.
4. Maintenance of reciprocating, lobe and screw compressors, centrifugal fans of large capacity.
5. Fabrcation and installation of piping, maintenance of piping, pipe fittings etc.
6. Maintenance of welding and reclamation of spares.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Should have more than 15 years mechanical maintenance experience in large size DRI / HBI Plant of Midrex technology, of which at least 5 years in a senior management position.
2. Should have good knowledge of procurement of spares, including discussion with vendors, spare parts development activities.
3. He should have leaded a department of maintenance with a minimum strength of 35 persons.
4. He should have deployed modern maintenance tools and have achieved good track record in the area of plant down time, less maintenance cost, execution of various development activities, improving the skill level of his subordinate, good leadership quality and communication skills.
5. He should be capable of making technical reports like MIS, break down analysis, inspection reports etc.
6. He should have exposure to ISO quality system, TPM and computer.
