Job Description:
Oversee all financial functions within the organization. >Make financial projections by issuing financial projections based on internally developed economic and sales projections, control compliance with financial projections,and report important deviations. >Compliance of taxation >Carry out the financial analysis, and drive financial and management reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flows etc). >Develop risk management polices and ensure compliance to the policies. >Identify the best investment opportunities, Obtain the greatest possible return of surpluses, in accordance with accepted risk levels. Successful cash flow management and ensuring adequacy of funds for operations

Manage working capital and cash flow >Manage relationships with financial institutions >Familiarity with banking norms for hedging against currency fluctuation. >Training its personnel according to the requirements of their positions >Support in generating research funding external funding agencies >Actively take part in performance management system development and implementation >Accurate & timely financial and management reporting
