Job Description:
Job Position: To act as an interface between the bank and the client at different corporate branches under the control and direction of Relationship Manager. It a purely sales role; act entirely as a profit-centre for the bank
Responsibilities
Create a portfolio of Small & Medium Enterprise clients (Corporates with turnover of Rs. 20-150 Cr.) through sales of Current Accounts, liability products & cross sell of third party products (Mutual Fund, insurance etc.)
Focus on creating leads for offering financial solutions for credit requirements, cash management and trade financing and share them with the senior team members
Deepen the current accounts (liabilities) and cross sell wealth management products
Based on CRM, meet and understand the client requirement; business development of clients based on identified select industry segments
Maintain ongoing contact with operations in order to ensure smooth delivery of transactions
Query resolution with the credit team; final closure and negotiation with the client; post-dispersal servicing
Desired Candidate Profile:
Ideal Candidate
1-5 years of relevant experience
Should be a Post Graduate (MBA preferred). Graduate with exp of min 2 year in sales can be considered.
Strong on sales and customer engagement. Candidates from any other industry but having a strong sales acumen, customer egagement and aspiration to move into banking industry, may also apply.
In depth knowledge of regional market for small and mid tier corporate/SME clients.
