Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Management Operations with at least 3 years in the senior role in a reputed conglomerate. Able to switch gears in various high-stress situations, quick learner. Experience in demonstrating effective/proactive employee relations philosophy required. Should be detail oriented and well versed with Micro level Management.
