The Sr. Vice President – Operations is a high-level executive position working with the COO and the Senior Management Team in maintaining organizational clarity and focus and ensuring that organizational goals are met. Provide consultation to senior managers when needed and track progress against organizational goals and initiate action when required to ensure achievement of goals. Strategic Responsibilities Work with COO to provide business analysis and feasibility recommendations for current and proposed new projects. Lead the development and implementation of new lines of business, partnerships, and programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Management Operations with at least 3 years in the senior role in a reputed conglomerate. Able to switch gears in various high-stress situations, quick learner. Experience in demonstrating effective/proactive employee relations philosophy required. Should be detail oriented and well versed with Micro level Management. Experience in dealing with the Government authorities & statutory bodies. Ability to communicate / discuss with people in different levels of management hierarchy.
