Job Description:
Control of project handling aspects including Techno- commercial features. - Awareness of Air cooling / conditioning System / Equipment / components. - Under standing of all low side items of the system. - Assessment and projection of progress of work. - Awareness of taxes & duties and dispatch procedures - Budgeting ( Material, Laborer, Cost )
Desired Candidate Profile:
Responsibility 1. Start of Project - Kick-off meeting on receipt of P.O. with Sales/ Mfg./ Planning / Site Engineer. - Preparation and implementation activity schedule to match with the overall projects schedule. - General Review of drawings, BOQ / specification of equipment for project. - Assessment of Material required at site and prepare the budget 2. Coordinate - To visit and attend various coordination meeting at Project sites. - Coordination with procurement. - Coordination with planning - Payment follow up with the client. 3. Site Management - Receive daily progress feed back from each Site & Control - Weekly review with Director ( Planing ) about progress of work at each site. - Monthly board meeting - Decisions at site for ducts, pipes, layout in case of obstacles with all site supervisors. Prepare budget for each site. - Actual progress vs planned monthly review . - Highlight slippages & indicate remadial measures - Advance plan for next month - Quarterly apprasial with the site supervisors. (Format to be discussed). - To work out and implementation of erection procedures. - To workout and implication of erection procedures. 4. Budget and Expanses - Preparation of monthly budget for each site. Control of Site. - Monthly review of budget expense vs actual expense at site etc. - Record & monitor “Wastage” at site ( to minimise) - Certification of site expanses and contractors invoices.
