Job Description:
4-10 years of generalist HR role at factory, must have exposure of new start up with following:-
1. Recruitment: Should have exposure to recruitment, Responsible for sourcing of candidates in a very fast pace, with specific & rare skill sets, from managerial to junior level.
2. HR System Development :Contributing in developing various HR systems / HR Manual & implementing the same. Organizing HR Policies workshop for uniform and better communication across the company.
3. Performance Management System (PMS):Coordinating & implementing the Performance Management System.
4. Competency development by providing training to employees in a systematic way.
5. HR database management : Keeping updated data about employees through personnel files and computerized Human Resource Information System.
5. Compliance: Ensuring compliance of all labour legislation like Factories Act, Provident Fund, Contract Labor, ESI, Payment of Bonus, gratuity, Employment Exchange, minimum wages act, and all other acts and maintaining all its records. Liaison and coordinating with all govt. agencies like PF Office, ESI Office, Govt. Labor officer, Labor Commissioner, Factory Inspector, Employment Officer, Apprentice advisor, Electricity Board, Fire Department, Telecom dept, HSIDC & other govt. depts.
6. IR: Grievance-redressal at shop floor level, Problem Solving and Counseling, Closely vigilance over labour activity, Enforcement of disciplinary action (issuing of warning letters, show cause notice and further process for inquiry proceedings), Agreement, negotiation for Salary/ Wages/ Bonus, Handling Conciliation proceedings, Labor Court and Industrial Court transactions.
7. Welfare & General Administration: To facilitate staff in general, management of facilities like canteen, vehicle, Travel, Transport, Guesthouse, Security and Contractor and other day-to-day administrative requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
MSW/MLW/MBA/IRPM - HR / Personnel Management with
4 - 10 years of experience as generalist HR. Must have exposure of manufacturing unit activities coupled with Industrial Relation & Personnel Management functions. Should be excellent communicator with good people skills and computer savvy. Should be willing to relocate to Barhi near Sonipat (Haryana). Should have Knowledge of company policies and procedure, knowledge of industry best HR practices in manufacturing concern.
