A. KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Registration and Maintenance.
Placement of Indent
Order Queries.
Availability follow-up.
Pending Order Status.
3. To monitor the progress and complete execution of an order.
4. Reporting of deviation of delivery to customer.
5. To process Claims in line with the guidelines set out. Disposal of Administrative Customer complaints and settlement of any claim that may arise. As a consequence the process will entail Credit/Debit necessary in conjunction with the Finance Department.
6. Necessitating improvement actions to reduce administrative errors in conjunction with the responsible Departments.
7. To Support the Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives in relation to Customer requirements, Systems usage, etc.
8. Order Review as per contract in the system
9. Customer Claims settlement as per justification received
10. Co-ordinate debit/credit process with the Controller.
11. Follow up with sales executives for collection of payments & C Forms, and order booking.
12. To acknowledge orders received by forwarding the Order Acknowledgements, Queries, Order Status Reports.
13. To handle enquiries, prepare quotations after due contract review, and provide support to sales.
14. Follow up with Customer Service Manager and warehouses for dispatch/ queries/ follow-up.
15. Follow-up with various agencies such as Transporters for on time deliveries.
16. To monitor the order booking and targets.
17. New customer master creation/Updating.
18. To co-ordinate customer visits of sales executives from branches.
19. To handle distribution of mail & promotional /technical literature
20. To man the Front Office in the Branch
21. To handle Branch Administration
22. To provide secretarial help to Area Sales Managers & Sales Executives.
