Job Description
As Manager - Client Relationships , the incumbent will be responsible for managing internal client relationships and ensuring the meeting of internal business requirements, while partnering with the Service Integration team.This includes:
* Acting as an advocate (i.e. representative) for internal client needs related to delivery of IT services, to leadership
* Responsible for resolving internal client issues, including the escalation and tracking of issue resolution.
* Assisting Internal Clients to leverage IT to achieve business objectives, and advising them on new business requirements that may impact the IT environment
* Informing Internal Clients of their consumption of IT services
* Attending, as appropriate, Internal Client management meetings or other similar forums to provide perspective, support and feedback on the current and future IT delivery capabilities and performance of IT services
* Partner and oversee relationships with internal business clients and IT Leadership to define, prioritize and achieve strategic objectives, define short and long-term objectives and advise internal clients on new business
* Identify all client stakeholders, establish communication channels and track progress metrics
* Act as an advocate for internal client needs related to delivery of IT services and oversee resolution of internal client issues and escalations
* Provide the internal client team with constructive feedback as it pertains to the IT environment and to the consumption of IT services
* Advise on IT risks, costs, and benefits; make relevant recommendations to internal business client teams
* Attend, as applicable, internal client management meetings or other similar forums to provide perspective, support and feedback on the current and future delivery capabilities and performance of IT services
* Act as single point of contact and escalation to key internal client partners for IT project delivery and prioritization, and for production (Infrastructure & Maintenance) related issues/problems
* Provide thought leadership and strategic leadership to business partners; Partner with client counterparts and key leaders to facilitate and shape the development and implementation of IT projects, particularly at the inception stage of a project

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree (required) or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field eith 6 + years relevant experience.
* Prior relevant IT and business/industry work experience including systems life cycle management and infrastructure planning and operations. Experience in managing client relationships (internal/external)
* Strong understanding of IT environment, technologies in relation to business needs
* Experience with projects in multiple technologies, functions (e.g. transaction management, risk management etc.) and industries
* Strong Business acumen and operational experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills
