Job Description:
- Follow up with Production and Supply Chain Dep’t for better planning and execution of Production Plan.
- Assist Managing Director in day to day matter related to production plan.
- Manpower Planning of existing & new units, and to provide assistance in Workforce or Machine Utilization Study & Delay analysis.
- To establish various Strategic as well TQM based Process Performance measures and monitor their progress, as a vehicle, for continual improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- BE (Industrial / Mechanical) preferably with Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering with 4-5 years of experience.
- Should be well versed with some of the modern Quality Management techniques/concepts like Total Quality Management (TQM), Design of Experiments (DOE), Self-Assessment, 5S, Quality Circles, Performance Measurement Systems (PMS), Benchmarking (BM), Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance etc.
