Job Description:
1. The candidate will be responsible for the quality function, Planning, Evaluation, Testing, Establishing and Implementation of Quality Standards. These tasks will be carried out among 50+ manufacturing units across India, primarily in steel and plastics.
Job Profile:
• Manage network of Manufacturers
• Identify & Control non conformance
• Implement and track Corrective and Preventive action
• Identify Quality objectives for Business plan
• Audit contract manufacturing locations
• Impart training to the employees at contract location
• Quality audit to productions
• Work for Customers complaints
• Work towards zero defects in finished products
• New product implementation and feedback
• To coordinate with Production and R&D
• Act as a link between customer, production and R&D
• Manage team of Quality Assurance Officers
• Handle Quality processes
Willing to undertake extensive travel and work under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification/ Work Experience:
• Certificate in Quality
• Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 to 6 years of experience in supervising quality in Manufacturing Industry
• Should be aware of quality systems and procedures
• Should have experience of handling a team of about 10 people
• Willing to travel across the country
• Good Personal and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and proficient in the use of AUTOCAD and MS Office
