Job Description:
• The candidate should ensure compliance to the company - safety guidelines & standards such as PTW, compliance to electrical standards, MMS, CTI/THA, incident reporting etc. at the unit which he is monitoring.
• He should ensure compliance to the company’s quality control/assurance guidelines & standards such as trial requests, PCP trials/reports, compliance to new product introduction checklist, achieving targeted scores in PHC, following frequency & SOP of cleaning & disinfection systems, adherence to specs etc.
• He will be instrumental in development of QIP for the unit & ensuring progress on the same so as to achieve targeted quality levels at the unit.
• To conduct periodical audits to sustenance of compliance to safety & quality norms. The findings of the audit along with action plans to be reported to ops manager.
• He will be responsible for achieving plan compliance & line fill targets for the unit. In the process he should develop & implement MIS to monitor BBOEE & develop loss tree.
• To ensure following of engineering/maintenance & material accounting systems in order to achieve targeted productivity & achieve targeted wastage levels in the units.
• He should engage with unit personnel to execute plans of automation, manpower productivity improvement so as to optimise resources.
• Proactively anticipate production disruptions/short falls due to reasons such as LTS, absenteeism, material availability & provide timely inputs to supply planners for deriving units production plans.
• To implement & monitor weekly MIS for performances of the unit.
• He should ensure compliance to COBP guidelines at the units reporting to him in line with the company’s policy.
• Guide the team for implementation of initiatives of TPM edge and SAP as applicable to 3 ps.
• For 3Ps managed by the factories (Category-2), he shall be accountable for the KPIs for the factory, along with the other responsibilities mentioned above.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Good Oral and written Communication skills.
• Basic Minimum Knowledge in MS Office.
• Technical Know-How of Plant and machinery.
• Basic awareness on statutes like factories act, Legal Meteorology, Pollution control norms etc.
• Interpersonal relation Building skills.
• Candidate must possess at least an Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Required skill(s): Factory Operations, Supply deliverables.
• Preferred skill(s): Factories Act, Legal Meteorology, Pollution control norms.
• Required language(s): English, Hindi
• At least 2-3 Years experience in any process/ chemical / Manufacturing Industry in Factory operations and maintenance.
• Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Process Engineer or equivalent.
