Job Description:
1. Business Development
Developing Strategies and Business Plans for approaching various customers in the defined Industry sector and region in line with organization’s focus (Current focus regions Dubai,Middle East Countries)
Identify target companies and pursue front end sales
Closing the deals for developing various Global accounts for providing Global Engineering Services.

2)Pre sales Activities

Identifying and short listing companies in the target segments
Customer research and Opportunity Analysis
Prospecting potential clients and Generating leads for potential sales.
Compiling/updating database(s)
Identifying Key Contacts in the target companies
Preparing sales presentations for Target Companies (presentations, introductory emails, proposals, marketing material)
Cold calling Key contacts of Clients

3) Front End Sales

Frequent Traveling in various regions globally for meeting customers, closing deals (wining accounts), giving sales presentations to new customers and developing relationship with customers.
Follow-up meeting with customers through teleconferences, net meetings, video conferencing etc.
Dealing with customers for closing commercial terms and agreements prior to engagements.
Making of proposals, Interactions with in-house departments for estimations and project timelines meeting as per customer’s requirements.
Interaction with Team Leaders for planning of required skilled resources.
Accounts winning and order closing by customer follow-ups.

4) Account Management

Liaison between execution team and customer for additional business operation from existing accounts.
Maintain relationships with Key contacts in customer organizations for further account growth and new opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
1)Engineering Graduate. (MBA or equivalent qualification will be
added advantage)

2)Experience: Techno-commercial experience with 3-4 yrs in
technical (Engineering) field plus 3 to 4 year’s marketing experience in (Industrial automation).

3) Excellent oral and written communications skills.

4) Exposure to international market is an advantage

5) Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

6) Experience with marketing communications projects such as
creation of sales tools, brochures, websites, email campaigns,
PowerPoint presentations.

7) Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and establish
good relationships with co-workers.

8) Maintain focus and priorities while handling many tasks.

9) Coordinating with clients, addressing customer’s queries, and good at customer interaction and solving issues.
