Job Description:
Associate lead / Lead - Corporate Strategy
(AVP / VP level based on competence)
Location: Bangalore
You will play the lead role and act as the consultant to the executive leadership in developing and implementation of corporate strategy, planning ,and implement performance improvement and general management systems. You be responsible for the development of corporate and portfolio strategies, market analysis, business intelligence and support Business Heads in aligning their verticals to corporate strategy.
You will facilitate the development of annual corporate targets, define the operating plan and implementation across all business units.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Competency
You should be a management graduate from a premier B School or Chartered Accountant / CPA with at least 12 years of experience in Corporate Planning & Strategy in a large Software Services or ITES company. You should have an excellent understanding of the IT and Outsourcing business model.
You should be able to guide a team of smart business analysts, strategy and planning managers across all geographies.
