Job Description:
* Client Servicing – Carry out assignments relating to market research and distribution selection under the guidance of a manager.
* Assist and support the project leader in research, data gathering, analysis and report preparation.
* Collect information through secondary research (ie desk research).
* Identification, short – listing & selection of distributors on behalf of clients.
* Preparing a roll-out plan for cities and number of retail outlets.
* Appointing of sub – distributor and assisting in brand building.
* Continuous assessment of distribution channel efficiencies.
* Would be part of a team and working on multiple projects.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous interactions and communications.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* 5-10 years of experience with FMCG or Consumer Durable Company in setting up dealer distributor network from scratch, managing and expanding the network.
* Experience of channel sales, modern retail, brand building, sales promotional activities would be essential.
* Knowledge of research methodology, analysis plan and key deliverables.
* Strong verbal & written project communication skills
* Strong analytical abilities.
* Excellent presentation skills to make reports on power point.
* Interpersonal skills to work as a team player.
* Coordinate with the team members and demonstrate excellent service delivery performance.
* Willing to continuously learn and implement.
* Willing to travel.
