Job Description:
1. Preparation of Monthly MIS and timely submission of the same and highlight the key areas of action.
2. Profit Center / Cost center wise Actual & Budget reporting and variance analysis.
3. Preparing monthly P&L, Balance sheet, Fund Flow & Cash Flow and exceptional reporting.
4. Store wise profitability / Business division profitability analysis
5. Work towards effective utilization / monitoring of working capital thru studying and analyzing and reporting of category working capital performance.
6. Preparing Annual business plan and report the variances in monthly MIS.
7. Expenses budgeting and monitoring on regular basis.
8. Should be expert in SAP FICO and make online MIS / ABP available in SAP.
9. Financial controlling of all the stores.
10. To ensure system & process in place.
11. Supervise the regional accountants and ensure accounting down the line is online & updated.
12. Timely statutory compliances – Sales tax, TDS, Service tax etc (deductions, deposits & assessment)
13. Daily Sales & collection reconciliation.
14. CMS
15. Stock controlling
16. Timely GRN / Invoice verification
17. Regular MIS reporting
18. Act as solution provider to state and support / guide to state head / regional accountant for their business / functional need.

CA/ ICWA having at least 4 to 5 years experience
