Job Description:
1.Approvals, relationship building with key customers in verticals to build strong brand loyalty and repetitive business
2. Approvals, relationship building with national & regional SI’s to create strong loyal base of SI’s and generate business from them.
3. Channel development and management – Distributors. Developing the right channels, supporting them with the right tools and actions, and channel motivation)
4. Approval with Electrical Consultants (push specifications which favor us, either technically or commercially)
5. Sales target achievement for the region (generating enquiries, closing all the elements of sales processes and achieving volumes)
6. Build strong brand image in the region by doing local events/ in house seminars and other promotional events
7. Targeting Govt. sector through participation in tenders
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.SC. plus Diploma in Networking (CCNA Course etc)
Exposure to IT hardware networking/knowledge of Structured cabling e.g. CAT 5 E, CAT 6 & IT Networking market players, channels, competition, customers, products, technology (LAN / WAN)
Experience in handling decision makers across various verticals like BFSI,IT,ITES,Govt. sector etc.
Experience in handling System Integrators,Dealers Distributors etc.
Exposure to construction Industry like Builders,Architects,Electrical consultants etc.
