Job Description:
-Responsible for the development of new businesses for the Company in pre-defined segments through the specialities and technologies developed.Should be an Agronomist.
-Responsible to launch new products, Services and generation of new ideas by continuous surveying world technologies related to packaging, packaging lines and research in new environments.
-Support the investment decisions of the packaging divisions by identifying needs in the market.
-Lead specific projects according to each segment in non-customers and manufacturing units.
-Initially analyze the Life Cycle of the Products and Services launched.
-Should have 8 to 10 Years of Experience in Packaging Development of Fruit and Vegetables.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be an Agronomist.
Launching New businesses/Services with greater profitability for the Company.
- Development of New businesses which aggregate value for the future customer.
- Develop new markets for the Company.
- Apply Company´s commercial policies on prices, delivery schedule and payment conditions.
-Support the sales and technical services teams, suggesting innovative and creative solutions to key customers.
- Perform field surveys in new environments without creating interference in the existing Company.
-Furnish market information to MKT and study Products of the competitors.
-Meet the needs of the Units in launching New products which involve brands, patents, launching campaigns, etc
