Job Description:
•Defines, manages and follows the purchasing budget (IN-BOM, MRO, CAPEX) – Delivers the budget
•Defines, manages and follows the development hours budget – Delivers the budget
•Defines productivity targets for the JVC (price decrease, technical savings, discount, year end rebates)
oProposes & promotes innovative concepts, competitive suppliers & solutions, trace all technical savings up to full implementation
oNegotiates & takes care about implementation of year end rebates, discount & productivity contracts.
•Defines the right conditions of supplier performance (contracts, guidelines, procedures)
•Defines (with legal department if necessary) terms and conditions securing the Purchasing global performance, negotiates them with suppliers, makes them implement
•Reports the purchasing performance
Desired Candidate Profile:
BE Mechanical / Plastic
8-12 years. Minimum of 5 years experience in production Commodity Purchasing Department preferably by a tier 1 Automotive Company or a company manufacturing products in a high demanding environment in terms of quality, costs, techniques, logistics
