Job Description:
Staff Capacity Building
• Develop skills and understanding of Project Managers and field staff in project planning, monitoring, and reporting methodologies.
Project Support and Monitoring
• Provide advice and support to Project Managers on all areas of project cycle management processes.
• To monitor projects to ensure that they are implemented in accordance with project planning frameworks and budgets.
• To conduct six monthly and annual project reviews with project managers using a reflective and learning methodology.
• To support and coordinate evaluations of projects.
• To undertake participatory partner capacity assessments.
Desired Candidate Profile:
QUALIFICATIONS
• Masters in Development Studies / Social Sciences
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• At least 10 years experience in Community Development Projects
• Experience of preparing and managing multiple projects.
• Experience of conducting project planning, review and evaluation.
• Good knowledge of participatory research and planning tools and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Must have a good commend of both spoken and written English and computer literacy.

• Be able to work with people as a team player
