Applicants must exhibit a solid foundation in web technologies, including proven mastered skills in CSS, XML, JavaScript, J2EE, and AJAX
The selected candidate will be involved in various aspects of the full life cycle of technical projects including requirements/scope analysis, specifications, implementation process and support when applicable. This person must be able to listen and communicate and must have strong problem solving skills in order to develop and implement appropriate solutions.
Applicants must exhibit a solid foundation in web technologies, including proven mastered skills in CSS, XML, JavaScript, J2EE, and AJAX.
Desired Candidate Profile:
5+ years experience in the following areas is necessary:
Experience with portal frameworks
Working knowledge of JSR-168, JSR-286 portal standards, WSRP, and open source solutions
Proficiency and in depth knowledge of web technologies using AJAX, Java, JavaScript, XML, CSS
Experience developing, and administering J2EE web applications
Experience with database server/programming (SQL). Oracle PL/SQL
Background in web application architectures
Strong knowledge of browser compatibility issues
Breath of knowledge in several DOM, AJAX architectures and libraries
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
Other Desired Skills:
Experience designing highly scalable websites
Experience with load balancing, server maintenance
Ability to work in both Windows and Unix environments.
Visual impact/design oriented
• Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills.
• Good Communication and effectively to both technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to operate in a high visibility role as a leader for a technology platform.
Prior Experience in USA or USA based Project or MNC experience is a plus. Fresher need not apply
