Job Description:
* Responsible for liaisoning with various Government bodies at BMC, State and Central levels including MGCM, SRA, Building Proposals, Chief Fire Officer’s Department, Maharashtra Airport Development Company Ltd, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, Revenue Authorities, Collector Of Stamps, Mantralaya, Airport Authority Of India , MMRDA, MIDC, etc.
* Should be well conversant with Bye laws/ procedures for all liasioning work for obtaining permission / approvals and NOC’s.
* Coordinating with the Architects/ Consultants for preparation of Municipal drawings which includes implications of recent Circulars/ policies framed by the Competent Authorities and incorporating the same.
* Co ordinate with Design & Liaisoning Architects for finalization of the plans with respect to submission of the plan to the Statutory Authorities.
* Apply and Follow up for all permissions to be taken from MCGM for all projects.
* To apply and to obtain all relevant NOC’s / remarks from Municipal Corporation and other Authorities for obtaining IOD, CC, OC, BCC, Water Connection, Drainage Connection, SWD Connection, etc.
* To co-ordinate with Municipal bodies, Government revenue dept for the purpose of assessment and payment of taxes.
* To co-ordinate and follow up with other authorities like MHADA, MMRDA, MIDC, Collector, SRA, Airport Authorities, Railways, CIDCO, Police Dept, UD, Mantralaya, Environmental Department, Traffic Dept, MSRDC etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* B. Arch with minimum 10 years of experience in construction industry and should have good contacts and successful track record of liaisoning work with various Government Bodies.
