Job Description:
- Will be reporting to Sr. Manager / GM – Operations / Director
- The ability to discover underlying needs, to deliver solutions that meet needs and give added value.
- Focus efforts on achieving high quality results consistent with the organization’s standards .
- The ability to build effective, co-operative relationships with others and has a flair for human relations
- The ability to consult and deal with others to obtain agreements, acceptance, commitment or results, while maintaining relationships, and with a preference for win-win situations
- The ability to organise and present information, views and concepts in a concise, understandable and interesting way, and to respond to information, questions and requests from others
- Working cooperatively and productively with others to achieve results
- Using appropriate interpersonal styles & methods to persuade and guide individuals & teams to achieve goals
- Completing the tasks on time and meeting deadlines to avoid last minute crisis
- Making decisions involving varied levels of risk and ambiguity
- Shows persistence, perseverance, and determination

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Must have the ability to initiate and manage the end to end Sales process
- Work with Sales team in driving the winning of new business, which includes the need to engage with the Clients and Sales Team.
- Sales Collateral development including Whitepapers, Brochures, Flyers etc.
- Sales knowledgebase repository management.
- Effective communication in client interactions, translate technical issues into business terms, provide effective feedback
- After Order procurement link between the Operations & the Client to ensure that the project goes to live smoothly.
