Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
* To plan coordinate and direct the production activities to ensure on time completion of targeted production
* To collaborate closely with Quality Assurance to ensure defect free production
* To ensure development of the subordinates by facilitating training and other initiatives in coordination with Human
* To ensure maintenance of cordial and harmonious Industrial Relations in close coordination with Human Resources.
* To ensure high standards of productivity to ensure minimum wastages in the systems
* To drive continuous improvement programs aimed at improving the general standards of the function with respect to
* To monitor the activities of Maintenance dept to ensure upkeep of machines and utilities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
SKILL SETS
Sound knowledge of Exhaust manufacturing & production systems & ability to use this knowledge for implementation of systems & resolving issues
Knowledge of Improvement forums and
systems like TPM, Lean & ability to use this knowledge in improving the work systems.
Knowledge & experience of Productivity systems and ability to use this knowledge for improving prodcutivity, minimizing costs and wastages
Knowledge of QA concepts, Maintenance
Knowledge of TS, IS & Safety standards
Man Management
Basic idea of labour rules.
SAP knowledge
