Responsible for KPI adherence within assigned area
• Secure team competence development
• Secure adequate team resources
• Ensure compliance to processes
• Responsible for internal/external reporting within area of responsibility
Manage day to day D&P activities within area of responsibility
• Report internally and to customer regarding KPI:s
• Maintain a highly involved and effective network design and network performance group
• Coordinate activities with TAC, FM and O&M .
