Job Description
:
The main responsibilities of the role would be:
1. Development of National strategy on education
2. Co-ordination of state/other geographic or specific grouping contribution to national strategy to ensure overall coherence, relevance and adherence.
3. Provision of technical expertise and assistance to Programme Co-ordinators at field level
4. Development of a learning programme for relevant field staff to increase overall programmatic excellence in Education
5. Representation at national & international level and national level advocacy.
6. Relationship management
7. Design & develop project/programme proposals at the local/ state level for national consistency.-

Should have good project management skilss
Should have done national level advocacy on child education and inclusive education
Have good communication skils
Should have donor acquisition and fund raising skills
Should have strong knowledge of child education and protection policies
strong leadership and interpersonal skills
strong analytical skills
should have contributed to programme development at national level
Should have experience at senior/national level
