Job Description:
The position requires someone with a strong sales aptitude, with excellent English, Hindi  and organizational skills to organize a small office and serve as a personal assistant to the Executive Director.  The position also requires selling the Dynamic program to potential walk-in clients and managing admission fees and client payment schedules.  The office is located in a conservative Muslim neighborhood and the candidate should be comfortable in this environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

The candidate must have excellent English and Hindi skills, be creative, be comfortable around foreigners and completely self motivated.  He/She must be well organized, personable and be able to organize the office and schedule of a busy American executive, as well as assist him in local matters.    The candidate must also be familiar with and be able to sell the Dynamic Program to potential walk-in clients and manage their fees and payment schedules.  Must be proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Office and be comfortable using email extensively.  Proficiency in HTML is a plus.
