Job Description:
a) Coordination between Project Managers and Operations Team to map the processes with regards to setup of projects
b) Allocation of resources, billing, invoicing and cost capturing
c) Compilation of Project data into SAP System
d) Setting up processes for master data maintenance
e) Act as a bridge between Project Work force and IT SAP Team
f) Maintaining ongoing SBU requirements & suggesting process improvements
Required Strong Operations Analysis Background & Understanding of project financials, Billing and Analysis is Required
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience 2 to 5 years as an Operations Analyst:
a) Experience of Coordinating Project Managers and Operations Team, mapping the processes with regards to setup of projects activities
b) Allocation of resources, billing, invoicing and cost capturing
c) Exposure to SAP System
Candidature with Finance back ground (costing/budgeting etc) is preferred.
