Job Description:
We are looking for a fairly high level person, capable of leading the telemarketing operations. Ideal candidate will be gifted at:

Leader must be driven by hitting goals, return on investment and the success of the team. Positive attitude, big-picture view, and extra effort a must. Strong systems experience (including phone systems and CRMs) big plus. We will train on publishing for right person.

•Ability to manage outbound process (US customers) and keep team motivated to achieve monthly targets.

•Monitor the overall functioning of the process to improve process ROI.
•Call Planning experience in a predictive dialer environment.
•Managing process metrics, generating MIS and variance analysis.
•Up Sell, Cross Sell Experience
Needless to say, the person need to have very strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with diverse groups of people in a global environment. Besides this, they need to be willing to work in the US (East Coast) timing.
