Job Description:
Design, develop and implementation of all business operating processes in processed Food Industry like Strategy, Production, Quality, R&D, Commissioning etc.
Primarily involved in setting up of manufacturing plants in terms of commissioning, different processes & systems related to production quality & R&D so as to make it more productive.
Consulting the client in terms of maintainence, reengineering and Performance Improvement of the plant being an expert of the mentioned domains.
Would be involved in projects like business startup, new projects, commissioning, IT Solution implementation,program Management for turnaround projects & Change Management.
Involved in Business Process Re- Engineering with exposure of all business function.
Mapping the detailed business process (function, process, sub-process, activity, task, responsibility areas, frequency, duration) for Industry’s core processes (Production, quality, SupplyChain, R&D etc)
Involved in end to end implementation commissioning projects,new projects in Food Industry.
Client management, project management would be a major part of the profile.

Desired Candidate Profile:
B.E/ B.Tech or a Food Technologist with an MBA from a reputed Institute.Should be an expert in Processed Foods Industry in systems, processes and their implementation with a focus on Commissioning of new projects, Production, Operations, Quality, R&D etc as a function. Should have an exposure of handling end to end implementation projects.Business accumen and selling skills is must to sell a concept and a project with indepth understanding of food industry and systems.
Should possess excellent interpersonal skills with leadership qualities, strategic thinking, analytical approach and team building skills with ability in establishing Leadership systems, Procedures, strategies and managing resources.
