Job Description:
Candidates must execute all aspects of a traditional CRM/ERP (Implementation) Project Management Lifecycle — namely, solution scoping, business process review, system configuration, data migration, training and general client account management — for mid-tier and enterprise clients, using self and your team”s business and technical skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Responsibilities
• Manage the overall delivery of products/services to clients, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction
• Implement Salesforce.com CRM, leveraging a combination of personal, dedicated team and ad hoc resources, within a defined scope, timeframe and budget
• Deliver projects and/or support clients on a P&L basis, managing and driving staffing mix, self and team utilization, revenue, billing milestones and account growth
• Demonstrate subject matter, vertical/horizontal market, and/or cross-platform expertise.
Skills
• Ability to identify, scope and determine solutions to business and/or technical challenges
• Background in databases (e.g., SQL server, Sybase or Oracle)
• Ability to engage, guide discussions with, and successfully present solutions to VP and C-level individuals
• Strong interpersonal, (verbal and aural) communication and presentation skill sets
• Possess thought and process leadership
• Self motivated, punctual and a natural leader that flourishes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and global environment
Experience
• Demonstrative ability to grow client account value through increased sales
• Proven and consistent ability to drive project profitability and to contribute to bottom line growth
• Extensive experience in the deployment (to LOB or organizations) of CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.com or other SAAS-based solutions
• Cross vertical/horizontal experience or expertise
• Experience in resource management, and the setting and managing of employee goals/metrics
