Job Description:
Responsible for preparing the business plan & working model, conducting feasibility study, pre launch market study, formulating strategies and business plan processes. Identifying the changing and emerging trends in processed food & agri business. Responsible for providing inputs and carry out studies pertaining to scope and feasibility of projects based on agricultural and rural interface. Responsible for handling end to end implementation project.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A post graduate / diploma in Agri Business management course from reputed colleges, MBA will be an added advantage with an expirience of minimum 5 years in processed foods with focus on planning, strategy and research in business process and new set ups. Should have exposure in a similar role in key players in Processed Food business or consulting organisation.Should have hands on expirience in handling projects.
Candidate need to be high achiever with strategic focus to meet business goals and devise appropriate marketing strategies to steer the company growth. Should possess excellent interpersonal skills with leadership qualities, strategic thinking, analytical approach and team building skills with ability in establishing leadership systems, procedures, strategies and managing resources.
