Job Description:
This position includes the following tasks :
1. Lead a production team of about 150 employees (Line Supervisors and operators )
2. Responsibility of production cost till CB 1
3. Ensure production of finished goods according to customer demand /specifications and at lowest possible cost.
4. Set up and execute production schedule.
5. Implement standardised work in all production cells .
6.Ensure material consumption according to standard .
7.Support QHSE manager in successfully passing quality and process audits and implementing lean manufacturing concepts.
8. Support logistics and quality manager
9. Drive and implement continous improvement .
10. Exposure to international working environment
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Atleast 6-7 years of experience in industrial mass production, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Strong communication and motivation skills.
3. Experience in total quality management (TQM,ISO TQ 16949) and lean manufacturing concepts.
4. Good knowledge of hydraulic presses and industrial ovens .
5. Bachelor or masters degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
6. Work experience in sheet forming or thermal forming of plastic parts is an advantage.
7. Fluency in English is a must.
