Job Description:
To head production functions including maintenance and quality
* To monitor and meet production efficiency targets
* Planning to achieve production targets
* Shop floor layout for best efficiency
* Continuous drive for improvement with respect to quality, operational efficiency, etc.
* Exposure to Japanese culture and methodology of shop floor management
* Exposure to MR functions from the point of view of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949
Desired Candidate Profile:
We want a hard working candidate who shall lead by example. He should be willing to put in long hours if required and should have excellent people management skills. He shoudl have exposure to japanese culture and methodology of shop floor management and exposure to MR functions.
Location has to be Noida / Greater Noida / Ghaziabad.
