Job Description:
Our company has recently signed several significant CRM/ERP implementation mandates for customers in the US and Canada.
Our clients are typically Small / Medium businesses in the service sector (Plumbers, Electricians, Snow Removal, Waste Management, etc..)
Our solution is primarily based on MS CRM Dynamics 4.0. We have integrated VoIP, GPS tracking, Dispatching, Vehicle Terminals, Mobile Printers, Time & Attendance tracking, Payroll Management, Quote Generation, Purchasing, Job Costing, Fleet Management, and many more ERP type features.
Most of our implementations are quite standard from a technical perspective, but we need help managing them, and assisting in training the ‘champions’ at our customers. As well, every customer requires modifications to correctly integrate our various components to their operations.
Many of our clients being in the Quebec area, we are looking for candidates that can speak, read and write in French as it is important to directly deal with the customer. Our front end partner in Quebec has sales people however, all development and support happens from our office in Hyderabad.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimal skills of the ideal candidate include;
Communication, Project Management, Business Analysis, Customer Service, Documenting Requirements, Testing final software (debugging/perfecting with client), Training, Post Sales Support, Conduct Product Demonstration Webinars with Sales People. Read, Write and Speak fluent French
